The focus is not on creating “perfect” artwork—it is on the experience of creating\, exploring\, remembering\, expressing\, and connecting. \nWellness & Creative Focus: \n\nCreative self-expression\nMemory and personal storytelling\nSensory and tactile exploration\nFine-motor engagement\nSocial connection and conversation\nConfidence and personal accomplishment\nMindful relaxation through creative activity\n\nClass Experience: \nEach session features a guided creative experience using a variety of materials and techniques. Participants are encouraged to work at their own pace while sharing conversation\, ideas\, memories\, and creative discoveries with others. \nProjects are intentionally designed to provide a finished piece each week so participants can experience a tangible sense of accomplishment. \nOutcomes: \nParticipants leave with a completed piece of artwork\, a meaningful creative experience\, and an opportunity to build connection through shared creativity.
