The focus is not on creating “perfect” artwork—it is on the experience of creating\, exploring\, remembering\, expressing\, and connecting. \nWellness & Creative Focus: \n\nCreative self-expression\nMemory and personal storytelling\nSensory and tactile exploration\nFine-motor engagement\nSocial connection and conversation\nConfidence and personal accomplishment\nMindful relaxation through creative activity\n\nClass Experience: \nEach session features a guided creative experience using a variety of materials and techniques.
