DESCRIPTION:Mondays & Tuesdays | Adults of All Abilities \nThis welcoming studio experience uses art as a tool for self-expression\, connection\, confidence\, and personal discovery. Participants are encouraged to explore different materials and creative techniques while working at their own pace in a supportive\, non-judgmental environment. \nDevelopmental & Wellness Focus: \n\nSelf-expression through visual art\nBuilding confidence through creative exploration\nFine-motor and sensory engagement\nCommunication and social connection\nEmotional expression through color\, imagery\, and symbolism\nDeveloping independence and creative decision-making\n\nClass Experience: \n12-week programs. Each session introduces a new creative experience using a variety of materials and techniques. Participants receive guided facilitation while maintaining freedom to make their work uniquely their own. Projects are designed to provide a meaningful sense of completion and accomplishment. \nOutcomes: \nParticipants leave with a finished creative work and the opportunity to experience greater confidence\, self-expression\, connection\, and personal accomplishment.
