Therapeutic Art + Creative Connection

Mature Makers (age 45+) provides a relaxed environment where adults can slow down, reconnect with themselves, explore creativity, and enjoy meaningful social connection.

No previous art experience is required. The focus is not on creating “perfect” artwork—it is on the experience of creating, exploring, remembering, expressing, and connecting.

Class Experience:

Each session features a guided creative experience using a variety of materials and techniques. Participants are encouraged to work at their own pace while sharing conversation, ideas, memories, and creative discoveries with others.

Projects are intentionally designed to provide a finished piece each week so participants can experience a tangible sense of accomplishment.

Outcomes:

Participants leave with a completed piece of artwork, a meaningful creative experience, and an opportunity to build connection through shared creativity.
