ArtsyKid Studio Rules & Guidelines

To ensure a safe, respectful, and creative environment for all guests, please review and follow the studio rules below.

Arrival & Punctuality

  • Please arrive on time. Classes begin promptly at the scheduled start time.

  • Late arrivals may miss important instructions and materials.

  • No extended time or refunds will be provided for late arrivals.

Registration & Payment

  • All classes, workshops, and events must be booked and paid for in advance.

  • Walk-ins are not guaranteed and depend on availability.

  • Memberships and class packages are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

Children & Supervision

  • Children must remain in their assigned class area at all times.

  • Parents or guardians must remain on-site for children under the age of 6 unless otherwise approved.

  • The studio is not responsible for unattended children.

Respect & Behavior

  • Treat instructors, staff, and fellow artists with kindness and respect.

  • Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior will result in removal from the class without refund.

  • Follow all instructor directions for safety and project success.

Materials & Studio Care

  • All materials are for studio use only unless purchased.

  • Please use supplies as instructed.

  • Guests are responsible for any intentional damage to studio property.

Food, Drinks & Personal Items

  • No outside food or drinks unless approved for private events.

  • Covered water bottles are permitted.

  • ArtsyKid Studio is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

Health & Safety

  • Do not attend class if you or your child are feeling unwell.

  • Some materials may cause stains. Please dress appropriately.

  • Closed-toe shoes are recommended.

Photography & Media

  • Photos and videos may be taken during classes for marketing purposes.

  • If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify staff before class begins.

Cancellations & Missed Classes

  • Missed classes are non-refundable.

  • Make-ups are subject to availability and studio policy.

  • Private event cancellation terms vary by booking agreement.
